Yrs. Of Experience: At least (5) five years managerial experience on food manufacturing (bakery, donut or meat processing)
Age: 30-45 years old

Job Description: 1. Provides product concept recommendation to Marketing on each product category
2. Prepares development plan for new products and initiatives; manufacturing plan for company and Institutional account product lines
3. Works on developing new and modifying existing products and processes (works on existing/ new ingredients and technologies to invent new products and ideas)
4. Consolidates relevant technology information for produvt formulation or process upgrade
5. Provides anaylysis and recommendations on product research studies
6. Conducts competitive research on product of competitors in all product categories; to upgrade overall food quality (apperance, palatability, nutritional value and cost)
7. Conducts consumer test (via sensory evaluation) for new and improved products
8. Evaluates raw materials on vendor qualification, product specification and cost
9. Approves new raw material and raw material substitutes (brand & supplier)
10. Test new production equipments and prepares procedures for endorsement
11. Simulates cost estimates for formulas and testing studies
12. Generates cost saving opportunities such as use of alternative raw materials, product reformulation and product shelf-life extension and process improvement
