<p><span style="line-height: normal; font-size: small;">The Information Technology (IT) Manager shall be responsible for formulating plans and programs in line with the Company’s thrust of establishing a computer-based information network.  He shall ensure that all computer-related and information-related systems of the Company are studied, initiated, evaluated, and implemented effectively.  He is also responsible for ensuring the development of his staff and as well as the organization and its employees with regard to information trends and technology.  The IT Manager shall assist the Management in setting direction and thrusts towards a more efficient, accurate, fast and reliable systems and programs addressed to meet the growing needs and requirements of the Company.  He shall see to the installation of the computer system which will effectively accommodate the information requirements of the organization.  Likewise he shall determine the priorities for implementing the information system</span></p>
<p><strong>Networking &amp; Communications</strong></p>
<p>1. Plans and implements additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure company-wide in coordination with corporate leadership.</p>
<p>2. Oversees the implementation of network security at the corporate level.</p>
<p>3. Anticipates future network needs, identifies proactive solutions to satisfy needs.</p>
<p><strong>Training</strong></p>
<p>1.       Plans and implements technical systems training at the corporate level</p>
<p><strong>Internal Systems</strong></p>
<p>1. Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.</p>
<p>2. Works with project teams to help implement Internal Systems.</p>
<p><strong>Help Desk Administration</strong></p>
<p>1. Oversees all help desk activities at the corporate level.</p>
<p>2. Responds to escalated help desk issues.</p>
<p>3. Oversees the administration and maintenance of our tracking software.</p>
<p>4. Interacts with NPC on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.</p>
<p><strong>Asset Management</strong></p>
<p>1. Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.</p>
<p>2. Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies at the corporate level.</p>
